What do I get with LeadMAX?

Your personalised set-up includes role-relevant Dashboards, integrations with your websites, social media, Google Ads, META Ads and your own AI UltraBOT. In addition, you will also get inbound and outbound telephone integration WITHOUT any changes needed to your phone system*. We also include personalised e-mail templates, brochures and treatment fact-sheets as well as options including Online Booking for events and TCOs, payment gateway integration and - your own LeadMAX Reporting App!

How much does LeadMAX cost?

We currently offer 3 Plans options starting from only £250 + VAT per month to help suit all Practice types and budgets. In addition, there are easy and flexible upgrades so you can achieve a personalised version of LeadMAX to suit your specific needs and budget. Please contact us and we can discuss the best option for your needs.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes, the minimum contract is typically just 3 months and thereafter we just ask for 1 months notice to cancel.

Why do we do this? During the development and testing of LeadMAX, it became clear that as long as the system does what it says on the tin and genuinely helps convert more leads into patients, Practices were very happy to commit to a minimum term. The feedback was that the commitment they make in setting up and training with their Teams in any CRM needed a sensible minimum timeframe to achieve a clear and measurable return on this important investment.

What about training for my Team?

We provide initial training via Zoom for your Team at no additional cost. After that, there is always an option to carry out further training including on-site at the Practice if helpful. Please note further training is not usually required but if required, is normally chargeable.

What about support?

For questions and queries while using the system, LeadMAX has a real-time Support Team Chat with a target response time of < 10 mins. This operates during office hours (9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday).
